This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 415 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 415 platform, you expressly and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
415 is an online entertainment service accessed digitally. Use of this platform is entirely at the user's own risk. We reserve the right to modify, add to, or update these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all platform users — whether you are a new user who has just registered, an existing user, a visitor browsing the platform without an account, or any party accessing 415 platform content through any device or means.
Account Registration & Security
Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 415 platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and that your registration is legally valid under the laws of your local jurisdiction. The platform reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
Account Information Accuracy
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including your username, password, email address, and other personal details — is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are required to update your information should any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without warning.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 415 support team. We recommend using a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone.
One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 415 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different information, different devices, or any other means — is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any funds held within them.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a user of the 415 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you are prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal purpose.
- Attempting to hack, breach, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems, servers, or data.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system in ways not intended by the platform, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage and the use of multiple accounts.
- Uploading or distributing content that contains malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
- Disrupting other users' experience or transmitting content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes upon the rights of any party.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or closure without prior notice and without any form of compensation.
Payments, Transactions & MYR Currency
Official Currency
All transactions on the 415 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use — including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or bank transfer — is valid and registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods without explicit authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. For withdrawals, you must fulfil any rollover requirements associated with bonus credits before those amounts become eligible for withdrawal. The platform reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals for identity verification purposes or to investigate suspicious activity.
Tax & Financial Obligations
Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax or financial reporting obligations applicable to their winnings or transactions under Malaysian law. 415 is not responsible for determining, calculating, or reporting tax liabilities on behalf of any user.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Miscellaneous
Platform Liability Limits
415 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free of errors, or suited to any particular user's needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 415 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is owned by or licensed to 415 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only. 415 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website and makes no representations or warranties in relation to them.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, including for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at the platform's absolute discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any compensation or refund in connection with the activity that gave rise to the breach.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
415 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
